Steps from Piccadilly Circus, VMA Services delivered a £3.8m MEP fit-out across five floors of the Zedwell Capsule Hotel — more than 900 individual sleeping capsules, each one a private, climate-controlled cocoon.

At this density the building services are the building: hundreds of lighting, power, ventilation and fire-detection points coordinated floor by floor, alongside shared shower facilities — all delivered to Zedwell's exacting standards for sleep, air quality and acoustic calm.
